Delivery & Return Policy

• All local orders will be packed within 2 working days, following which our courier partner would be picking it up within the next 24-48 hours (depending on the earliest available slot we managed to get)
• Upon picking up of orders, you should be receiving an email from our system notifying you on the tracking ID. 
• In normal circumstances, upon picking up, you should receive your parcel within 2-3 working days. However, we would also like to seek your understanding that there are times whereby our courier partners are unable to fulfil it within the stipulated time frame, thus causing a delay of 12-24 hours.

• All returns of accessories are subject to approval.
• All goods are well inspected with photographs or videos taken during the packing process, as such Belle d’Amour is not liable for damages caused during the delivery process. 
• Should you need to exchange or return, kindly WhatsApp us at +65-90049872, our staff would kind your for the next step.
• A postage fee of $5 is chargeable for all exchange or return by mail.
